  • 1. Booking and Confirmation

    1.1. To reserve a tour with M & T Wildcat Shuttle Tours, customers must provide complete and accurate information, including the number of participants and contact details.

    1.2. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit as specified in the tour description or as agreed upon with the client.

  • 2. Cancellation and Refunds

    2.1. Cancellations made by the customer:

    • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund.

    2.2. Cancellations made by M & T Wildcat Shuttle Tours:

    • We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
    • We may need to modify itineraries or substitute accommodations/services, but we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.

  • 3. Tour Details and Itinerary

    3.1. M & T Wildcat Shutte Tours will provide a detailed tour itinerary, which may include transportation details, accommodations, and activities. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary as necessary.

    3.2. Tours may be subject to factors such as weather conditions, road closures, or unforeseen events that may require itinerary changes. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative experiences.

  • 4. Participation and Safety

    4.1. Participants are expected to adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by M & T Wildcat Shuttle Tours and its guides.

    4.2. M & T Wildcat Shuttle Tours is not liable for accidents, injuries, or other health-related issues that may occur during the tour.

  • 5. Pricing and Payment

    5.1. Prices are as stated in the tour description, and all payments must be made in the currency specified by M & T Wildcat Shuttle Tours.

    5.2. Payment is due as follows:

    • A non-refundable deposit is required of 50% of the total costs to confirm the booking.
    • The remaining balance is due 14 days before the tour start date.

  • 6. Insurance

    6.1. Participants are responsible for having adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

  • 7. Complaints

    7.1. Any complaints or issues should be reported to Mannex Lisulo during the tour to allow us the opportunity to address them promptly.

  • 8. Privacy

    8.1. We collect and store personal information for booking and communication purposes only. We will not share this information with third parties without consent.

  • 9. Governing Law

    9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Namibia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.

  • 10. Agreement

    10.1. By booking a tour with M & T Wildcat Shuttle Tours, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
